Every day for 90 days, you will receive an email that has a simple incomplete sentence (like "if I were to write a book, it would be about ..."). This is known as a sentence stem.

All you need to do is spend just 5 minutes writing everything that comes to mind about that particular stem. 

In a very short period of time, you will notice new thoughts and ideas emerging. You will be amazed (and amused!) by what you uncover!
